The digital world has the capability to camouflage and create illusional figures that seem real.
What am I talking about?
A group was discussing the critical times we are living and how to prepare for what’s coming. The subject of digital illusions was equated to the coming of the Lord.
A commenter stated, “Ya’ll religious folks who believe Jesus is coming on the cloud will be deceived. You are a vulnerable people being led in a deceptive manner.” Hmm! Really!
The commenter continued saying, “We are in an age that a chariot with the image of Jesus can appear in the heavens and fear will grip your hearts that it’s Jesus coming… when it’s only an illusion used as a mechanism of control… people are in fear and will believe anything.”
Yes, people are in fear and in a vulnerable state.
My first thought, as I sat mentally picturing what the commenter said, “that’s not what the Bible says, the illusion might deceive the unbeliever, which would be you, (the commenter), but not the believer.”
The saints of Jesus Christ understands, “For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven with a shout of command, with the voice of the archangel and with the [blast of the] trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first…” than those who are alive…
(1 Thessalonians 4:16).
No chariot is mentioned…Nope!
Watch, pray, observe, and listen… and study the scriptures…you will not be deceived.
